Large and spacious apartment. It needs some renovation and changes to the furniture since it has barely been renovated, leaving it quite outdated. But it has to be recognized that the price compensates for these deficiencies.

The apartment is very cool but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, it gives the feeling of total neglect, there are broken things, the mattresses are horrible, the duvets should be changed because they are disgusting, a slightly larger TV could be put in because it is ridiculous. There is no wifi. In the upstairs bathroom there is a cupboard full of rubbish, bottles, toilet paper rolls...etc. With a few things to improve, the apartment is incredible, well located and beautiful.

Positive: the space is wide, the community and the location Negative: cleanliness (there were cobwebs and we had to sweep just to enter, the kitchen utensils we had to wash them all again), comfort (very uncomfortable sofa and deformed mattresses and noisy beds)
