5 people Positive: Location is fantastic, right on the "big" beach Community pool great Equipment and space of the accommodation is good Nice gadgets such as elevator or loudspeakers in all rooms People Negative: Parking lot a bit tricky overall a little bit old blinds, windows need to be cleaned be renewed or repaired. Awning by the pool must be completely renewed. Rooftop pool can hardly be used because there is too much dirt from above. Workmen have to get to it.

The house is in a super location. You are immediately in the center, it is also quietly located. The complex is very well maintained and everything is very neat. You have everything you need, but the house could be refreshed a bit. The furniture has seen better days. The outside terrace is too small if you are more than 4 people. Personally, I think it's a bit too expensive for the property, but in terms of location, it's really a winner!

A nice place to stay with a group of friends. Everything you need is provided with no extra fees! And a private parking place for your car is an asset too. The house is close to everything, beach shops, restaurants etc. Wi-Fi connection could be faster though, too slow to work with VPN.
