The neighbourhood is as authentic as they come, with lots of lush parks to enjoy. We recommend starting your stay with a trip to Mercat de Collblanc, a fabulously lively market just a six-minute walk from the apartment. There you’ll be able to buy the freshest local produce – perhaps for a picnic in the park? If you’d prefer instead to simply soak up the atmosphere and admire the Art Deco build, you might plump for a few rounds of tapas in one of the bars.

Getting into the thick of things is almost effortless – you need only stroll six minutes to the Torrassa metro stop to make your way into the centre of the city. A sixteen-minute journey can take you to the impressive Plaza Espana, with its statues and fountain.

Whether you’re a staunch football fan or not, you can’t help but be awestruck by the atmosphere of Camp Nou. The home of FC Barcelona is just a fourteen-minute walk from the apartment, so it’s absolutely worth going for a tour even if you can’t get tickets to a match.
