The house is in a quiet location, but the air conditioning is only turned on if you pay extra. Unfortunately, you don't get this information when you hand over the keys, but only when you ask why it doesn't work. The WiFi didn't work for us during a 3-week stay, apparently because of storm damage. Bad mattresses, the garden right next to the apartment is a black field with a few blades of grass, but since the house is in a very shady location, nothing can grow there.
