We really liked the house itself with its wonderful pool, the cleanliness of the house was completely fine, but our enjoyment of the holiday was somewhat diminished by the constant construction noise in the immediate vicinity. Added to this is the noise pollution from leaf blowers on the property or on nearby properties, where the dust/dirt is basically just moved from one corner to the other, sometimes making the pool dirty. We found this very disturbing.

We had a very nice stay in Sa Riera and Casa Hector met our expectations.

House is spaciously furnished for max. 6 people, but somewhat dated. Furthermore, many stairs to climb so nothing for people with walking difficulties. Located about 500 meters from the beach. Unfortunately, when we were there in September, the supermarket was already closed. No more shops open, but restaurants. After all, there is currently a lot of noise from a gigantic construction project in Sa Riera, which spoiled the holiday fun a bit.

The location and the pool are top notch. The house is dated and definitely needs an update and makeover. The kitchen is old and the bathroom with shower cabin is old. Kitranden are dirty and sometimes just weg.modernisering would make the house better. Also better outdoor furniture because these chairs were not comfortable. A larger outdoor table is also a must because it is too small for 6 people. The house smelled very musty on arrival but with good ventilation this was over after 3 days.

Perfect location with basic amenities and a nice pool. Spacious. Within 5 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. Beautiful nature, nice restaurants. Unfortunately no air conditioning or fans available.

The location of the house is ideal, 5 minutes walk from the beach of sa riera. The house has a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. there is a large garage for one car accessible from the carer mas malto and it is also possible to park in this street. The garden is very large and crossing with double access from carer mas malto and carer de sa riera. The 8 * 4 swimming pool is very good and quite deep (1m30 to 2m). On the other hand the bedding is old as well as the rustic furniture as specified in the description of the rental which explains the reasonable price of this rental.
