Super concise check-in, with hardly any explanations about the apartment or the papers they gave us to sign. Non-existent swimming pool (it is true that their Booking.com profile does not state that they have it, although there are photographs of a swimming pool that belongs to another apartment building ...) What bothered us the most was a fault in the sink of one of the the bathrooms, which made it lose a lot of water and puddle the floor. We warned and they never showed up to see or repair it ...
