S'Atalaia Sea Views Port Sóller, Balearic Islands

The view of the mountains and the side of the marina is fantastic, the pool with shady and sunny spots is clean and well-kept. The apartment could use new furniture, upholstery partially stained. Kitchen worktop partially peeled off, bathroom needs to be renovated, but otherwise a dream in a great location. Only 10 minutes walk from the port and beach and a huge basket of oranges and lemons as a welcome. The keys were handed over absolutely on time and very friendly.

The location is a dream! If you are good on foot and are aware that you are not moving into a luxury apartment, you can only love the apartment, really! You are in 10 minutes on foot directly on the beach, or at the harbor, has the beginning of a hiking trail directly opposite and the beautiful mountains in front of you. We had the pool to ourselves for the entire week, as there were hardly any guests in Mallorca in general. The equipment of the apartment is getting on in years, but great

The apartment was found well with sat nav, that doesn't! German-speaking contact was on site on time and very friendly. The app. was large and spacious and had a beautiful view of the Sierra Tramatura and side to the port. The furnishings were showing their age and were not well maintained, as was the kitchen equipment, the dishes had to be cleaned, the pantry was filled with overlaid food. A renovation and overhaul of the apartment would be advisable.

The apartment is a good size, has an open fireplace and a balcony. We were greeted with a large basket of oranges and the kitchen had essentials like washing up liquid, salt, vinegar, etc. We even found sand toys and pool toys in the closets. And there were books and magazines in different languages. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean, it smelled a bit musty. Nevertheless, we had beautiful days in beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed the cosy, comfortable, tidy rooms with high ceiling and good air and especially the French door and balcony with a view to the mountains, even a bit to the harbour and see. The perfect weathers, clear watered, clean, comfortable pool, parking space, quiet surroundings just a 10 minutes walk to the center, nice restaurant 100, away... all the beautiful pine trees and blooming trees and bushes in many colours really made our stay enjoyable. Nothing to complain with:)

House in a very good location. We spent a nice vacation there. I recommend the facility.

Apartment is nice, but needs to be renovated. Kitchen is very small and dark. Doors don't open and close properly.

In design a great house, but due to overdue maintenance with defects. Toilet wouldn't stop running, cracks in the outside doors by an inch. Some outside doors barely closed and with a little wind they chattered continuously.

Nice appartment, fully equipped. Would book it again.
