A beautiful holiday home with excellent amenities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, and tasteful, high-quality furnishings. The spacious pool, the large covered terrace, the quiet location, and the very friendly, helpful owner leave nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. It's also easily accessible for wheelchair users with some assistance. We would love to come back. We traveled with four adults, one of whom was in a wheelchair, and a toddler.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful holiday home. It's very private, making it a truly peaceful location for a well-deserved holiday. The house is very well-maintained and clean. Nothing is lacking. All bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the pool is wonderful. P., the owner, is also a very pleasant person, so we highly recommend a holiday here.

The house has three spacious bathrooms. The bedrooms are large and offer ample storage space thanks to numerous closets. The common areas and the kitchen are spacious, and there's a beautiful pool. Each paying guest is provided with both a large and a small towel. However, pool towels and other towels are not available for purchase or rent. The pool loungers are showing their age. The kitchen utensils are old and sometimes broken.

Super nice owner, always helpful. The finca is in a very quiet location, recommended for a relaxing holiday. Everything you need is there. Uncomplicated pick-up and drop-off. The directions via Interhome were very bad, the information over the phone was even worse and unfriendly, but everything worked out great via the house owner! Many thanks, P.

Windows, doors, locks all very stiff, one window couldn't be closed, only one sunshade available, the grill didn't have a train, smoke constantly came to the operator, PIN from the key safe changed on arrival, had to be laboriously asked from the landlord

We were in the finca for a week: parents with child (4 years) and grandparents. Enjoyed the peace and quiet in and around the house and the beautiful pool. Overall, we spent a relaxing holiday. The distances to the beaches are far, but we were aware of that beforehand.

Arrival went without any problems. I had contact with the owner in advance who was always very nice and helpful. The finca is in good condition. The finca makes a neat impression both inside and outside. The finca is quiet, you are on your own. Everything worked without any problems. Shops with the car about 10/15 minutes. We will definitely be back again.

The finca is in a very beautiful rural location. Jump into the pool quickly in the morning and then enjoy breakfast or turn on the BBQ grill in the evening, no problem :)

the lighting in and around the house should be checked regularly. 6 lamps in and on the house had no function. Especially annoying when you come home in the dark.

Peace and quiet. We have already booked several times the landlord's houses and our expectations have always been met. The house was clean and well-kept. We can only recommend the area around Felanitx for those who are looking for peace and relaxation. We will definitely come again.
