Pro -Beautiful view from the terrace Contra -House is simply furnished, but not very comfortable -Not enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom -Musty bathroom -Outdoor area behind the house: too loud because of the main road and visible from outside, grill very dirty and not usable -In front of the house: loud because of the main road and there is a public car park around the property - very busy and therefore loud -Noise from the street very disturbing -Price for house + furnishings clearly too expensive

Very nice little house, wonderfully located with a view of the sea and a lemon tree in the garden. During the day the road is busy, but not excessively. At night you only hear nature. Unfortunately we had problems with the water due to regional water shortages, which is apparently a big problem in this region in spring and summer. Sometimes there was no water at all and the rest of the time there was only very low pressure.

a newly renovated small house with heat-insulating windows. The air conditioning works very well as a heater. With minimal effort, a pleasant room temperature. There were few cars to be heard, and it was very quiet at night. The bed has a huge duvet and a very good mattress that adapts to the shape of the body. We were able to access the Internet with a cable and LAN on the router without harmful WLAN radiation.

We really had a nice stay there. The apartment is modern and well equipped. When you sit on the terrace you can unfortunately hear and see the cars drive by because the house is right on the road, but there isn't that much traffic in the area. In front of the entrance you can see the sea and in the evening the sun goes down there. It really is a great house.
