We had booked the house with 9 people. Some rooms were locked as they were not needed for that number. Sinks in each bedroom which are large and well maintained. Toilets separated from the showers. The kitchen is a bit small, so that a maximum of two people can work in it at the same time. The living room is like an attached room to the main house and should be understood more as a dining room. Very friendly landlady (lives on the ground floor). Bus to the lifts 2 minutes away

We are waiting for 8 people and were looking for a large accommodation and found it here. Wonderful view of the mountains, large balcony all around, clean and large rooms and bathrooms adequate for the number of beds/persons. The only small drawback for a fully occupied accommodation is the kitchen a bit small (fridge). We can recommend the accommodation at any time.

Great clean accommodation, excellent location, privacy, everything as it should be. In proportion to the number of places to sleep, a smaller fridge and the absence of a grill (or even places for a grill)

Overall good. Kitchen utensils brief. Kitchen and living area too small for 11 pp. Garden with too little garden furniture is not ok. Environment and house itself is well located. Good privacy.

The apartment is well equipped for a large group like we were. Stylishly renovated, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable. The landlords immediately took care of little things. The Horbergbahn can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The house is comfortably furnished with lots of wood. The location was perfect for us. Quiet with a beautiful view, all destinations easily accessible. Modernizations are planned for parts of the equipment, which should increase the quality of living again. Gladly again..!

The house is in a great location in the small town of Ramsau. Activities are very accessible. The house itself is not very well stocked, so we had to bring large pots, knives, etc. with us. Unfortunately, trash cans are not available in the rooms. There are hardly any storage facilities for a larger group. The small dining area is the only common room, we would have liked a larger room. Very small kitchen. Otherwise it was clean, the rooms were great. Nice landlady.
