We stayed here for a week with 6 adults and 3 children. It's very suitable for large families or multiple families. It's very well equipped. The small bathrooms are a bit dated. All in all, we had a lovely stay. A fire pit for the outdoor area would have been nice.

For our annual family reunion (three generations, ages 5 to 70), we were looking for accommodation that offered plenty of space and a few ideas for short day trips. We were all thrilled and would recommend this lovingly renovated and very well-maintained house to everyone. The large garden with a large covered seating area was perfect for barbecues. The house is equipped with everything you need. We couldn't fault it.

It was a very nice holiday. The landscape is beautifully quiet. The hostess is very nice and can also speak German. The house is relatively large, the rooms are adequate and it is also nice that each room has a toilet and shower. The bathrooms are a bit small but practical. There are also 2 more toilets in the hallway downstairs. The kitchen is large with a window and has everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pergola. This has a grill and smoker.

All in all, overall condition is good, if you do not have high expectations you will not be disappointed

The area is great for slowing down, you have peace and quiet and the surroundings are ideal for hiking or cycling. There are many old castles and larger properties in the area. The accommodation was previously run as a guest house and therefore has 4 double rooms plus another 4-bed room, all with shower and toilet. The covered barbecue area is really very good, with an open grill, pizza stone and smoke oven. The hostess is very friendly. We would love to come back.

Accommodation was very nice. But a large part of the deposit was simply retained. Reason, garbage was not properly separated.

The accommodation is getting old.

Were ten with children and grandchildren for a long weekend. Was just great. A lot of space for living and for the children to play. House is equipped with everything you need. Highlight was the pool as we had a very hot weekend. Will definitely come back.

Our weekend was very nice. The property is really off the beaten path. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you. The Grillkotta, the fireplaces and the pool are really great. This garden is a dream with dogs. Everything is walled and fenced. Fantastic for every Wuffi! The standard is not very high, but perfectly adequate for families with children and dogs or outdoor friends. Those looking for luxury will not find it. We would come again.

The house is super equipped to spend a nice time there. Even a sandwich maker, washing machine and decent baby bed are available. The hostess is very friendly and flexible. Two fireplaces make the rooms warm, but unfortunately it was a bit too cold for the large pool. The only thing you have to be prepared for is that the house is very noisy. But that wasn't a problem for us. We'd love to come back.

The garden and outdoor area are great and well maintained. The house is generally neat if you don't look too closely into the corners. A few tweaks and repairs needed here and there!

The house is huge, the "vault" with fireplace and lots of seating is ideal for having a good time with a larger group. The garden is well-groomed, the gazebo is perfect and cozy with a grill, fireplace and smoker. Only the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In bathrooms and kitchens, it was better not to look too closely into the corners or at some kitchen appliances. This should definitely be improved. Communication via email was quick and friendly.

Willing landlord. Accommodation at a good price, in a good location for trips to both Kokořínsk and the Český středohoří. Rich facilities, including a nice outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, the reconstruction of the building was not done well - the ventilation of the bathrooms is bad, some of them smell strongly of waste. it would also like to do more thorough cleaning. The fact that plastic windows are insensitively installed in the historic building could not spoil the impression of an otherwise nice long weekend with friends.

All satisfactory, no problems

Beautifully designed house, optimal room layout, equipment also okay, only the basic cleanliness was poor, when you arrive you expect it to be clean and you don't have to remove the dirt from the previous tenants!

It's all great. When we arrived, the fire was already blazing in the fireplace, it was very nice. Kitchen, lounge, rooms are all nice. One point to note: The heating is difficult to regulate, it was just too warm in the whole house and we had to open doors and windows....

A very spacious, modern, renovated house with a very nice landlady (living on the neighboring property) became our comfortable home for 5 nights. Two fireplaces provided the absolute feel-good atmosphere after long day hikes. A very quiet area, ideal for escaping the stress of everyday life, requires mobility by car. Nevertheless absolutely recommendable!!!!

We were 7 adults 1 child and 2 dogs. It was great, clean and we had everything we needed for proper care, such a well-organized house.

After the friendly welcome, the house was once divided among the holidaymakers. Then we came to the conclusion that the house could be cleaned better, pantry a mess, space for the toys and the like a mess. Some overdue maintenance, tilt and turn windows don't go a hundred. What sound loose, etc. These are little things that we don't really care about, but if all this had been better, our appreciation would have been very good. outside etc.

Very suitable for a larger group with small children.

Cleanliness very poor. In the kitchen, grease was stuck to the utensils and bowls. Pantry and storage room for garden and play equipment totally junky. Rooms dusty and bathrooms dirty. A positive thing is that you can sit outside and don't get wet when it rains and all 12 people fit underneath. We didn't use the gas grill, there were still a lot of grill leftovers on the grate. Charcoal grill was fine. As a welcome we got crackers from our own smoker.

The stairs to the gallery are very narrow, impossible for children and older people, so the 4 beds on the gallery are not useful. The 2 rooms with open mini-toilet and shower not so useful. Well equipped kitchen. Clean, owner very nice. Very remote, but in the neighboring town there is a good restaurant and supermarket

We really enjoyed the holiday with our three daughters and three partners. Our labrador had a lot of fun too.

A well maintained house in a quiet location. Large garden for sole use with pool, large pavilion and barbecue area and parking spaces. Dining room with fireplace and large TV. Bar with seating area and small fireplace. However, the oven went on strike in the large kitchen. All bedrooms were spacious and clean. There was also a small surprise from the landlord upon arrival. Friendly hosts. I would be happy to recommend the accommodation.

Garden, grill house and swimming pool are the highlights of the house. Unfortunately there are no sofas or other comfortable furniture.

A former farmhouse for guests and vacationers was lovingly extended and converted. The house has everything you need for a stay. In addition to the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it has a kitchen with all electr. equipment and a spacious lounge where you can sit at a long table with the group. The roofed barbecue corner, where you can spend pleasant hours with the whole group, is also commendable. The entire property is fenced and can be securely locked when leaving. Overall it makes a very neat impression. We were also received very warmly and friendly by the owner. Nothing was missing (except maybe a bread slicer). All in all, highly recommended for a group of up to 12 people! Arrival: May 2018
