The house is in a calm part of Harrachov, close to the glass museum and the brewery. Very nice place for holidays in the mountain. The owner is very nice and very helpful.

We were guests in the apartment with 6 people. Overall we were satisfied. It was neat, clean and the rooms have a good indoor climate. The beds were ok too. However, the TV in one room didn't work (the problem had been known for a long time!) and the drains in the showers weren't working properly. The biggest problem was the kitchen and living room. Great with a fireplace, but very cool and only accessible via two flights of stairs. A problem for disabled people.

We were satisfied, we were just bothered by the many stairs. The bedrooms are in the attic and the kitchen with seating is in the basement, where it was cold and damp. The mezzanine is occupied by the owner. We had two small children with us, so we ran around a lot, as we carried food to our rooms. They were spacious, with sanitary facilities. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Everything was in order.

There should be someone on site who speaks German or at least English in order to clarify problems in an uncomplicated manner and say something about the things to be observed. The rooms should be a little cleaner. the advertisement should make it clear that the bedrooms are on the upper floor, but the living room with kitchen is in the basement. The living room should be better heated as there is no living room and you have to sit down with the family here.

The accommodation was great, only the pictures on the net would have to be renewed. It was better than the pictures said. We will be back.
