I think the steep parking situation needs to be highlighted for those with mobility issues but we found it absolutely fine and workable.. The cottage itself was beautiful, very clean, warm and extremely well equipped. The owners were delightful and very helpful. Location was excellent as a base for exploring all of Cornwall and close to restaurants and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back i’m sure.

The property was clean ,tastefully decorated and well appointed .. The major problem was the parking . It stated parking for two vehicles which certainly wasn't true. It was possible to park one small car but not a bigger car that we had . Much as we liked the property we wouldn't book it again for this reason .

Property well placed for central Falmouth, close to water, shops, pubs and restaurants.. One first rate pub practically at the end of the road!!! First class.

Lovely property although could do with a little updating in the main bathroom.. The showers also didn't drain very well which led to us flooding the ensuite on one occasion. Parking is a pain and it would be helpful if the driveway was put to better use as I assume due to the steep slope it is never used fully. All of this is fairly minor and didn't compromise our holiday although would mean we wouldn't book here again.

Location of cottage was excellent for going into Falmouth taking a steady walk 20min.. Vanessa and Simon were wonderful and should be very proud of the standard of this wonderful cottage which we will go back to.

Our third visit to Seabien, and I am sure not our last.. A real home from home, cosy in the cold weather, quiet and peaceful yet located centrally, an easy walk from the centre of Falmouth.

The cottage was very luxurious even down to the kingsize towels! Exceptionally clean, beautiful views and well equipped. We loved Falmouth and the surrounding areas.
