On the plus side, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and in a scenic location. On the downside, some of the windows were jammed open, and could not be closed; during our holiday, the weather was cool and frequently wet and windy. Would we book it again? Yes, probably; however our experience on Skye was somewhat tainted by how touristy and busy it has become. Full car parks, couldn’t book a table for dinner etc.

The semi-detached house with its own entrance was perfect for our family with teenagers. We had enough space, each of our children had their own room with a view of the sea. It was nicely decorated with everything you could need. Only in the living room it was a bit dark with the small window and the stairs to the rooms were very steep.
