With two bedrooms, including a double and zip/link twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep four people. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, both of which have woodburning stoves. Outside is a large, lawned garden which is fully enclosed, and off road parking for 2 cars. Old Smiddy Cottage is a peaceful base in the South East of Scotland.

Twenty miles from Edinburgh, the town is easily accessible to Scotland's capital, as well as the North Sea coastline including the town of Dunbar, which is just 11 miles away.
