My husband and I spent a fabulous week at this beautiful cottage and lovely area of Scotland. We were away for a week and it felt like a month. Loads of walks, sights to see and a beach to enjoy. Our hosts at the cottage, Iain and Jacinta were very, very kind and helpful. Gave us plenty of ideas for places to walk and explore. Seeing all the animals and beautiful birds each day was also a joy. This was our first trip to this area and we only covered a fraction of it. We will definitely be back and our first choice of accommodation will be this lovely, homely cottage. A huge thank you to our lovely hosts. Till the next time.

Having read reviews for this rental we thought we were at the wrong property, although luxuries are mentioned on the website we found none, the cleanliness of the cottage was poor and I felt unsafe due to covid, although the owner left a detailed summary on the door regarding covid safety and her expectations of us. The views where lovely and deer wandered close by on several occasions which was a joy.

Me and my family have been here the last week and sad to be going home . Beautiful cottage . Owners such lovely people so helpful . Me and my family loved the cottage and the area although being remote it was amazing so many places to explore .close to a beach , beautiful views. We had a trip out on the wildlife trip (venture boats at crinan) thoroughly enjoyed it . If you get the chance it's a must . We visited lochlipead, oban , cambelltown and wow every turn in the road a different scenery was in front of us. Thank you so much Jacinta and Iain for such a fantastic holiday . We loved it so much we have re booked before leaving xx

We had a such a lovely week staying at Seaview. The location is very remote, right by the sea and was the perfect place for us to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy some chill time. My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old and son and Jacinta was very accommodating of our little one; providing a highchair, cot, stairgate and baby cutlery/crockery. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean - the log burner was a very welcome treat after some chilly walks! Jacinta was really helpful in suggesting good walks and things to see in the area and the house is well stocked with lots of good books on local walks and historic sites. And also the odd book about cows! Staying on the farm was so nice for our little boy, being able to see cows from his window every morning! One day Iain and Jacinta were kind enough to give us a tour of the farm. We were able to see the sheep being fed, a new calf who had been born just the night before and Jacinta showed us some of the standing stones and other historic sites that are around the farm land. This was the perfect balance of spending time outdoors in the beautiful area and having some well deserved rest in a very comfortable and beautiful cottage. We would definitely go again!

We stayed at this cottage in late autumn. the scenery round about looks wonderful at this time of year despite the inclement weather at times. The cottage inside is spacious well furnished and like new. The wood burner and electric heating make this very warm and cosy. We were amazed by how warm it was on chilly nights. The kitchen is well equipped and has lovely views out over the farmland. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy a quiet rural getaway with excellent tracks for walking, jogging or cycling. Kilmartin Glen is on the doorstep and makes a nice day out trekking round all the historical sites. Wildlife is amazing with deer being spotted daily. Sea eagles can also be seen in the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from it all.
