Lying next to the River Don in the region of Aberdeenshire is the lovely town of Alford, offering a great base for a host of outdoor adventures in Scotland. Within easy reach of the Cairngorms National Park and the shores of the 'Granite City' of Aberdeen, Aldford has all you need for a self-catered stay including shops, pubs and local businesses like butchers, a fish van every week and a fish and chip van each week too. Visit the wondrous Craigievar Castle just outside the town for a great day out.

Note: There is no WiFi at this property and mobile phone reception can be poor. Note: There are 3 steps up to the path leading to the entrance of the cottage, Internally there is a staircase to the first floor and all the bedrooms. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture, you may like to bring an old towel to wipe muddy paws. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.
