Good holiday apartment, well connected by bus and train to Jenbach and to various places in the valley and hiking tours. The furnishings are kept fairly simple. Unfortunately, there were a lot of defects in the apartment when we moved in, but some of them were quickly fixed. The notice, which is probably legally ineffective, that all unreported defects would be attributed to the current tenant does not really make you feel welcome. The on-site support was friendly, beautiful house with lots of wood.

Everything as described, clean (except for a few cobwebs), generously designed. The sauna is really great, with a relaxation room and spacious. The parking situation was a bit strange, if each house arrives with 3 cars, I don't know where they should all be. All pans were extremely scratched and therefore unusable. There was also no wood turner or anything to stir. The WiFi only works in the living room.

It is a nice "base" for excursions in the Zillertal. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The manager of the area was very friendly and flexible with the departure. The only thing missing were a few dishes, towels and soap. Otherwise great

Overall we were satisfied. The location right in front of Mayerhofen but in the countryside was perfect with 2 dogs. Baker is diagonally opposite. The house was clean overall, but there were a few cobwebs and the fittings in the shower and sink were a bit older, the shower head was broken.

The house offers enough space for larger groups. The hostess is nice and uncomplicated. We were guests with 6 people. When the room is full, the refrigerator is too small and some of the equipment in the kitchen is too economical. The house is getting a bit old. Overall a nice place for vacation.

The house is in a quiet place in Schwendau, offers plenty of space with 5 double rooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with almost everything. Outside you can easily accommodate 8 people. sit, a playground is directly adjacent. The house is getting old and in need of renovation in some places. We missed a washing machine and a second fridge, especially for cold drinks. Despite everything, we felt comfortable and would love to come back.

Great chalet for 10 people. Sauna is limited available, only from 1700-2000 and not on weekends. Sauna is shared with 3 other chalets

The house is located 10 min away from Hippach Station, also ski bus (free of Charge) is directly near the house. You can reach all ski Areas such as Mayerhofen, Ahorn, Penkel, Zillertaler arena. There is small bakery in 2 min walk and restaurant near train station.The house itself is well decorated, nice kitchen and bedrooms, Sauna is for shared use. The key handling was very easy and the owner super friendly. We were 10 friends and we enjoyed our stay in Tirol :)

Great location and great house. A bit noisy. Plates and bowls are damaged, there are shards off. Benches are sagging and sofa upholstery is grubby
