The apartment with the spacious terrace, from which you have a fantastic view over the town of Pescia, the refreshing large pool and the beautiful surroundings invite you to spend quiet, relaxing holidays. We were already there for the second time. Small drawback - at night dogs bark in the area from time to time. But it is bearable.

Everything's fine. Great views and Tuscan living conditions. There is adequate equipment in the bedroom and the kitchen. Very good contact with the manager / owner.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view and large terrace.

The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The view is magnificent from the terrace, the swimming pool is perfect (large and equipped with chairs/deckchairs). The accommodation is equipped with the essential minimum (no hair dryer or kettle for example, and a travel cot was not very comfortable). The hosts are available and welcoming. The farmhouse is very well maintained and surrounded by olive trees.

All in all, the accommodation is as seen in the photos, great location, excellent pool, helpful owner. The only thing we would complain about is the condition of the mattresses and a little poor kitchen equipment.

Wonderful place and a beautiful view

The apartment is located in a picturesque place. Beautiful view from the terrace. The interior is clean and tidy.

The villa is located high in the olive hills, access 1 km by a narrow winding road. Our apartment needs refreshing and cleaning. It is worth taking cleaning products with you to the kitchen. Lack of air conditioning in hot weather can be a pain. But overall we had a good time there. A huge plus for the pool. Wi fi works best outdoors.

We had the perfect days at this very nice vacation home. The bed was nice and comfortable, the kitchen big, but the best of all was the terrace. It had a huge table where we could work and eat in the shade and chairs with which you can sit in the sun. Only two things that weren’t perfect. My boyfriend has a cat allergy and the discriotion didn’t say anything about a cat On the property. The cat was probably mostly outside, wherefore the allergies weren’t that bad.
