San Rocco Apartment 2

There is nothing wrong with the location and the view from the terrace and the pool, but you have to be prepared for a very rustic, damaged interior without the electric coffee machine mentioned, with dirty, damaged dishes and lamps. If you can stay outside in good weather, it's fine, otherwise the apartment is very dark.

Very clean apartment (some musquito’s on the clay walls), equipped with airco. Nice swimming pool in the midst of Chianti region. Airco is free to use in 2023. Kitchen/living room is small, basic but bit underequipped (glassware, cutlery). Perfect house for 2 adults and 2 children (no more) to explore the region and go out for dinner or stay at the pool. Bathroom is a bit outdated, some minor fixing up needed Friendly host.

The landscapes and the environment of this house are magnificent. The interior is consistent with the photos. Bed linen and towels are very clean. On the other hand, the equipment is very limited: small saucepans, no pan for cooking, only one teaspoon, 2 bowls for breakfast (while the rental is planned for 4), no wine glass (at a winegrower's !)..... In addition the fridge and the shower were dirty and the trash can not emptied.... Too bad

The cottage was dated and in need of an update. The small kitchenette was very poorly equipped to cook for yourself. The living space was very small for 5 people. The outdoor terrace and swimming pool was very nice and good. From the terrace a beautiful view over the hills of Tuscany.

We found an original small accommodation with a fantastic location and a beautiful pool. The Tuscan environment is majestic, quiet, harmonious and there are places and landscapes worth seeing in all directions. The landlords are very welcoming and offer delicious wine and olive oil.
