Rustico Cavernoso San Gimignano, Tuscany

Very nice place, easy to reach, ideal for 3 couples, also good for 4 couples. Excellent nearby restaurants. More than friendly owners.

Nice house, located in the middle of main attractions - cities/villages (Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Firenze). View from the backyard to Tuscany landscape is great.

Kitchen and dining room rather small. Poor frying pans. Dishwashing and washing machine clean. Pergola not usable due to green growth. care very good. Very quiet location. Good pizzeria (Tre Archi) nearby. Use of the billiard table needs to be better declared.

We spent a wonderful week with family and friends in this beautiful house surrounded by olive trees, lavender and herbs. The view from the swimming pool is stunning. House is clean and comfortable, swimming pool is amazing. But what is the most important - the hosts are very kind and hearty people. We will definitely coming back next year - for two weeks!

Very pretty isolated house in a quiet area. Beautiful setting! The owner is very friendly. A bottle of wine and olive oil were offered to us on arrival, as well as tomatoes from the garden. The house is not equipped with air conditioning. Fans would be welcome given the stifling heat within the house. Warning: lots of mosquitoes

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived at the house. The hosts were so kind and helpful! They thought of everything to make sure we could relax and joy our holiday. They even organised an evening where they made real Italian home made pizza's! The place was great, the pool area was beautiful with a cinematic view. A perfect peaceful and private getaway. Hopefully one day, we can come back to enjoy another beautiful holiday!

We were in beautiful Tuscany for the first time. The family M. has contributed to the relaxation with this dreamlike oasis holiday home Rustico. The house and the pool are great. We want to give you two tips: Don't turn down M.'s invitation to eat pizza and if you need suggestions for excursions, just ask D. We'll be back, because hospitality is very important here.

this is very nicely decorated. Everything is well maintained and the landlords are super friendly. We arrived much too late due to various traffic jams and were welcomed very friendly despite everything. There are new loungers and chairs by the pool and there are various seating areas in the garden. The house is cool and thanks to the mosquito nets, you can ventilate it really well. If the landlords offer a joint pizza evening, do not refuse. Absolute highlight. Thank you for the great week and we'll be back!

We had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The house and garden including the pool are very well maintained. The location of the holiday home is ideal with a wide view of the countryside and very well suited for trips to the beautiful cities and regions of Tuscany. The invitation to the homemade pizza was unique and should definitely be accepted!

The house is in a very nice location with a great view and a beautiful garden. A little more storage space in the kitchen for cooking would be desirable. Very nice owner. The pool is a good size with enough adjacent sunbathing area. Driveway for the last 100 meters is not suitable for lowered vehicles, electric gate.

The house is beautifully situated in the countryside and has a very well-tended garden with pool and barbecue area. In the basement there is a kicker and a very large billiard table. The landlords are very, very friendly and helpful. Anyone who wants to explore Tuscany has all the options from there. We had a wonderful holiday, we had a wonderful rest and can really recommend the house.
