Been there for the 3rd time, a beautiful place in the Zillertal. Spacious bedrooms, separate toilet and shower, beautiful view from the balcony, the kitchen is big enough for a family of 4. A 5th person could fit on the sofa bed. Wonderful to wake up with the sound of cowbells, friendly hostess. Thank you R., until next time

If you are looking for a romantic and quiet place to rest, you are in good hands here in this accommodation. A very friendly landlady and her father provide a family atmosphere... very clean and well-kept guesthouse. The rooms with balcony and a fantastic view...huge kitchen with everything you need to cook...underfloor heating...simply cozy and comfortable. We'll definitely be back. Been here for the 2nd time and really like it. Beautifully located, 45 minutes from Innsbruck, 25 minutes to the Achensee and conveniently located at the beginning of the Zillertal. Friendly hostess, I'm going again next year.

The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures. A wonderful view of the mountains opposite, the apartment is nicely furnished and the hostess gave us a very warm welcome. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

Brilliant location with a great view. The apartment has top equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. We were greeted by a very friendly landlady and everything went perfectly. The Zillertal offers a lot of excursion possibilities and we will definitely come back...

Nice view, friendly hostess, nice balcony (unfortunately not big enough to eat outside). Luxurious bathroom, excellent kitchen and very well cleaned. You can also use the garden and the car can be stored in the garage. Since the apartment is on the top floor, you do have to brave some stairs. There is a lot to do in the Zillertal, there is also a special activity program for children in the Zillertal.

Heel mooie woning, 2 rooms sleeping rooms with double bed, nice bathroom room, wc apart. Keuken goes in court, ruime hal voor jassen en tassen. En het balkon.... dit moet het mooiste uitzicht zijn in Hart in the Zillertal.... Very nice apartment, 2 large bedrooms with double bed, fresh bathroom, separate toilet. Large hall for jackets and bags. And the balcony... that must be the most beautiful view in the Hart im Zillertal...

Everything perfect. Price performance is right. Good location for our (summer) vacation. Spieljochbahn, Schlitterer See, various waterfalls and gorges, golf course, everything on site. We liked it very much!

The location of the property is good. Approx. 10-15 minutes away from the ski slope (approx. 8 km). Overall makes a good impression. Large rooms and storage space. Heating is good, it was warm enough. Bathroom is nice, there was always enough hot water for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, only we missed a bit the microwave, a coated pan and a grater with a larger hole. A bed squeaked a bit. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
