Nothing to say about the house, very well equipped and pleasant, the only unpleasant thing is the automatic watering around 9:00 p.m. at dinner time which makes the air humid and the owner's visits (3 times) during our week we had the feeling of being watched, and he entered the garden without permission from an adult

Well maintained holiday home. Somewhat dark interior. Lots of space. Peaceful area. Good equipment in the kitchen. Washing machine available. Have stayed in this house for the second time. Good value for money. To recommend.

Everything is very good except that there are some things a little you see and they break with use for everything else great

Positive: good renovated cottage, with good kitchen equipment. All existing equipment in working condition. Furnishings partly new (beds). The enclosed property was ideal for our dog. Negative: the nearby paper mill spreads acrid stench when there is no wind or when there is an easterly wind. To smell on the beach. Military low-flying aircraft from northern military terrain. No use of the terrace without mosquito repellent, house should remain closed after airing.

We spent three very nice, quiet weeks here with our small dog. The fenced-in property is ideal for dogs. The house is equipped with everything you need on vacation.

House with an "old-fashioned" decor but very well equipped, clean, comfortable and very well placed to do everything by bike.

Like last year, we had a wonderful holiday in Mimizan in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to cycling and walking paths and close to the center of Mimizan Plage where there is always something to do.
