This apartment is very nice, but not very suitable for older people. Especially because of the transport of luggage, very difficult. Otherwise the apartment is very good

The apartment is on a slope and is still easily accessible. It has everything you need.

Location: slightly above the center, easily accessible in 10 minutes (we chose the steep stairs where we were more out of breath). However completely i. Oh was. We spent almost two weeks at the property. The view of the Matterhorn is simply fantastic! The apartment is close to the center, but you have to be a bit sporty (walking uphill). The lift saves you a few steps at the end. Environment is very quiet - we could watch cats, squirrels and 2x even a deer directly from the balcony. Good wifi. A bit dark, not so new anymore (but clean) and generally very well heated - but that didn't bother us at all.

We just need to change the chairs in the dining room.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Everything was very good except that there are a lot of steps to get there (even if an elevator is available). Otherwise the building is well located in the center of Zermatt and close to everything. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The TV is a bit small and lacks French channels.

Very good apartment, well equipped with everything we need, even the basic kitchen spices were present. 2-3 things broken but unimportant (coffee cup for example) I recommend.

Spacious apartment really charming but very functional and very well equipped.

Despite the gloomy weather, I enjoyed my stay at Chalet Roger, the comfortable and well-furnished apartment meets all requirements. I will probably go back in September with great pleasure

Apartment a little above but still within walking distance to the Sunnegga Bahn. Kitchen (appliances, washbasin) would have to be renewed. Bedrooms and fold out beds very comfortable. Great view! The only negative was that we couldn't deposit our luggage at the house after arrival, although there was enough space next to the ski room... Unfortunately, there were far too few lockers at the train station, and there was no space for large pieces of luggage either. When checking in at the counter, you pay per piece of baggage. Expensive for 4 people.
