The pictures need to be updated on the website. Decking needs to be treated, drive needs to be weeded & grass could have been cut before we arrived. It would benefit from a general tidy up & de-clutter. BBQ is not adequate for 8 staying at the property & needs replacing. Could do with an airing prior to being let out. Sun loungers would be more appropriate than deck chairs & couldn’t find any sun parasol.

Overall, Beautiful villa, spacious, well furnished, well stocked with dishes - correct bedding - 2 beautiful bathrooms Small drawbacks: upstairs bathroom which begins to clog after a few showers .. - cleaning, especially in the bathroom. scullery and windows upstairs but hey, it's the holidays let's not be demanding... = 8 ADULTS between 70 and 80 years old

WARNING! This house does not have 3 bathrooms as advertised on the site but only 2. An error concerning the supply of sheets (the subcontractor delivered a 90 bed kit instead of a 140 kit). Kitchen utensils and crockery in sufficient number, household appliances OK, but electric coffee maker very tired.

Large house pleasantly furnished in a marine style, very clean and comfortable - with a small pleasant garden. Very calm. Well located near the town center, several beaches and not far from the wild coast.

All in all a large, bright and beautiful house with a lot of love in the furnishing. However, the garden was not well maintained (lawn was not mowed and so high that the children could not play there), the fridge was not really clean and smelled strongly and otherwise the surfaces in the kitchen in particular were not properly cleaned. The location of the key holder is central, but therefore (office on the promenade in Quiberon) a challenge in terms of parking and traffic.

The house is well furnished and is in a quiet location. The beach and markets are within walking distance (approx. 400 m). The kitchen, toilets and stove still had clear signs of wear upon arrival. A handover service did not take place. Key had to be picked up in the main town in heavy traffic. Mattresses were too soft for us. Accommodation is still recommended because the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
