Respryn is in the village of Mevagissey, just a five minute walk from the historic harbour and beautiful views. With one bedroom and bathroom with separate shower, this annex sleeps 2 adults. With open plan living area with contemporary kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside is a garden patio and a hot tub which is screened from view, as well as furniture and a BBQ, there is also off road parking for one car. Respryn is ideal for couples looking for a cosy property well placed to explore the south coast of Cornwall.

All ground floor. One bedroom with king size bed. Bathroom with bath and separate large shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
Mevagissey is the perfect Cornish fishing village, with winding cobbled streets and a picturesque harbour full of boats. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Facilities were perfect and the couple who own the property were lovely many exciting site to visit in the area the locals were friendly even down to the little touches for my wife’s 40th birthday surprise they catered for to make it even more special. The cottage was really good, so quiet and really well equipped.. The hot tub was a real bonus. The owners live next door and are really helpful if required but in no way intrusive so you feel like you are there on your own. Hot tub is quite private and not overlooked. Kitchen easy to use, great big fridge freezer, oven is excellent and all the bits you need to cook self catering all week. Location is superb, right on the edge of the countryside, walk downhill to Mega is about 7 minutes, but longer on the way back as its pretty fierce the hill... By the end of the week we were getting fitter!!! Towels for bathing and separate for hot tub provided and really good quality, as is the basic toiletries/cleaning products so no need to bring any. Just take yourselves and relax!

We had a wonderful week in Mevagissey.. The flat was cosy and contained everything we could need. Gareth and Judith were very welcoming. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise, fresh scones upon arrival, just what we needed after a long drive. The hot tub was a welcome reward after walking up the hill each day. We hope to return again soon.

Top class week spent here at this lovely, spotless apartment, hot tub great, take earplugs for noisy birds as soon as the sun rises, Mevagissey is a great place, lovely food and friendly locals, try to take in the Lost Gardens of Heligan - hard to say how great this was

Really enjoyed our time at Respryn, the cottage had everything you needed and more, the welcome pack we received was a lovely start to our holiday and greatly appreciated.. The hosts were great, Gareth and Judith were very informative about the local area including lovely pubs and restaurants. The place was clean and tidy, couldn't fault it. Definitely a must, a lovely part of the country to visit.

We had a fantastic time, the cottage may be small but has everything you could need for a relaxing break, the owners are very helpful but don't intrude on your privacy, the hot tub was wonderful after a long day exploring Cornwall, we would highly recommend and hope to return soon..

I downloaded the Sykes App onto my phone.. When we were trying to find the property the map link on the App was incorrect. It takes you up the wrong hill out of Mevagissey. Luckily the owners included detailed information on finding the property. We informed the owners that your website information was incorrect. Please correct it.
