I stayed 12 days in the studio, very well located, quiet, very secure, parking, bicycle garage, view of the inner courtyard, very close to the furrow and the historic center. The studio is very well laid out, the bathroom is spacious. The only downsides: very little storage, the suitcase placed on the floor is used for storage, the convertible is of mediocre comfort, not at all in keeping with the quality of the studio.
