Holiday home
Eynons Cottage is a semi detached cottage set in a courtyard location at the heart of the Pembrokeshire village of Roch near to Haverfordwest. With one double bedroom, one single and a family bathroom, it can sleep three people in comfort. The rest of the cottage contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire as well as shared use of a separate utility room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. Ideally located for exploring the South Wales coastline, Eynons Cottage will suit a family holiday no matter what the time of year.

Accomodation Details
All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Shared use of separate utility room.

Area
Situated in the Pembrokeshire National Park, the village of Roch is home to a local pub. The surrounding countryside boasts an abundance of picturesque walks, cycle paths and fantastic beaches, offering a fun day at the seaside. The nearby market town of Haverfordwest offers a wide choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and has a broad range of attractions, including walks along the River Cleddau, an array of fine churches and an historic castle. Alternatively, take a trip along the coast to St. David's, the smallest city in Britain renowned for its ancient cathedral and monastery, exhilarating watersports and excellent boat excursions.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Lovely cosy warm cottage with excellent facilities.. Lots of extra touches which were appreciated including games, dvd’s books & a snack left for our arrival along with milk in the fridge. Very convenient to have a shop opposite with fresh baked bread daily. Nice dog friendly pub (with micro brewery on the side) just down the road & gorgeous beaches & coves only a short drive away.

Really nice week away in this comfortable cottage.. The surrounding area is beautiful with some stunning beaches and lots of wildlife. A perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, especially in the local pub, the Victoria inn, which serves good food and great beer.

The cottage was as described in the booking details. A very welcoming arrival, the cottage was warm and there were cakes and the necessities for making a hot drink available including a jug of fresh milk. Ideally situated for the local beaches, the nearest one being within two miles with ample (reasonably priced) parking close to the beach. The cottage is dog friendly as is the local pub in the village (within walking distance) where meals can be taken in the bar if you have a dog with you.

Thought location was excellent for coastal walks, quaint little cottage as described and although little all ammeneties available. Very dog friendly and very scenic. Already recommended to friends, have our next holiday booked with Sykes in September
