Area
Bodedern is a friendly village in the heart of Anglesey, a wonderful place to visit. There's a pub, a shop, and a post office here if you need them. Everything on the island is within a 30-minute drive and offers something new and interesting for everyone. The nearby towns of Holyhead and Trearddur Bay, both of which have quaint shops and pubs, as well as the spectacular Breakwater with its County Park, are just a short distance away.  Trearddur Bay is bordered by a stunning coastline with sandy beaches and secluded coves, the South Stack Lighthouse is a picturesque addition. Take a day trip to Beaumaris, a mediaeval town on the other side of the island, to see the castle and other fun attractions. Llanfair PG, the world's second-longest single-word place name, is also nearby. You can visit Llandudno, Conwy, Caernarfon, or even Snowdonia National Park on the mainland of Wales for a day trip.
