Situated along the northern banks of the River Dyfi, this picturesque harbour is home to a championship golf course and has miles of sand dune backed golden beaches. The Dyfi Estuary is a great favourite for a range of water sports and activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing, and Aberdyfi holds regular yachting regattas in the summer. There s also a wide variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants serving local seafood, and the village makes a wonderful base for eager walkers and nature lovers discovering the stunning southern expanses of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.
