Navigate the two steps leading up to the property and head through the stable style door, preparing to relax and unwind in the open plan kitchen/diner. There are deep sofas, snug armchairs and an electric coal effect fire, ideal for snuggling on chilly evenings whilst you re being entertained by the TV with Netflix and Bluetooth BOSE speaker. There s a dining table for social suppers, and a narrow archway reveals the compact kitchen that s equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and take care of the clean up operation afterwards. There is an electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and De Longhi cappuccino/latte maker. The stairs are steep and have a fixed stair gate attached and lead up to the first floor landing that has wooden floorboards and a single beam overhead. The first bedroom features a double bed, bedroom furniture and built in storage, finished with fresh decor and careful lighting. Along from here, you ll also find the bathroom, an elegant room with a shower over the bath and WC. The remaining bedrooms are at the top of another steep flight of stairs, be sure to mind your head as you climb them. You ll be rewarded with two pretty bedrooms one small single room with simple hanging space for clothes and bedroom furniture, and a double bedroom with built in storage. There may not be a dedicated outside space for your abode, but on warm mornings there is a small bench immediately outside your front door that s ideal for sipping your coffee and watching the world go by. A short 0.5 mile walk will bring you to the beach and Aberdovey s array of cafes, pubs and restaurants. A permit is provided for one car to use in one of the nearby car parks.
