Just a short stroll from the waterfront, the property makes a fantastic base for families exploring the picturesque seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey), with a championship golf course and a glorious long sandy beach both nearby. Situated along the north bank of the River Dyfi as it flows into Cardigan Bay, the village is also known for its quaint pastel coloured houses, the Old Roman Road and charming Picnic Island. A range of local activities on offer include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. The apartment is accessed via a flight of steep external steps leading up to the property s main front door, plus three further steps to enter the building. An inclined path runs by the side of the building for guests wishing to avid the main flight of stairs.
