Very nice cottage. The views out of the front windows are stunning. My father suffers with his mobility so found stairs very difficult. Very steep and could do with another bannister. Found the entrance from the road very difficult at first, especially when there is a car right behind you. A small double sided sign that could be seen from the road would help especially from the direction of Conway Falls Cafe as you cant see the brown bin or the mirror on the tree. I drove past it. My dad found chairs and sofa very difficult to get up from due to his mobility. Main room could do with a upright living room chair, nothing fancy just practical. Very nice cottage and facilities otherwise. Cottage was very clean when we got there. Would recommend anyone this cottage. If the stairs (extra bannister ) and sign on the entrance to path could be supplied i would have given a 5

We had a lovely stay, thank you. Fully equipped, there was NOTHING lacking. The ONLY suggestion we would make would be to get some sort of covering for the shower "hole" ... I think my last piece of soap bar went down it on the last day. As for previous comments about the stairs and drive access, yes, they are steep and seemingly difficult to exit drive but you soon get used to it. (Possibly check the over hanging leaves on exit mirror as I pulled out once and hadn't seen an oncoming car) but this is not something to blame the owner for .. it's called nature. The property was clean and the beds were lovely and comfy and there's a small courtyard garden perfect for the dog, shut the gate and they can't escape. All in all a lovely stay.

Lovely cottage location was close to main tourist attractions but still quiet and out of the way.. Visited with two of our dogs and they enjoyed the spacious grounds around the cottage.

Lovely setting.. We'll situated for local attractions. Driveway steep and difficult to exit at times. House clean and comfortable. Well equipped, but could benefit from a dishwasher given the number people the house could cater for. Relaxing and enjoyable break.

What a lovely place to stay, tucked out of the way just of the A5 on the outskirts of Betws y coed.Great sized 3 bed property with all the mod cons.Enclosed hard area for the dogs to run around .Slopping front garden with great views.Ideal if your an adrenaline junkie as your smack in the middle of the zip world activities centres. We had 4 adults, two kids and two dogs and we all enjoyed our stay.Pop down to the local town for a dog walk or pop in to the narrow gauge train museum with rides for the kids including the big ones.Breath taking drives around the snowdonia national park ,Great for walkers and cyclist or family's for a relaxed holiday.
