Great for dog walking and mountain biking, and close to the renowned Brechfa Forest, with the stunning beaches and coves of Cardigan Bay just 22 miles away. Llanllwni mountain is also a dark sky location that is perfect for stargazing. The cottage is accessed via a farm track of approx. 1.5 miles. This makes the property very special being a complete escape to the country, however, it may not be suitable for low wheel based vehicles. You enter this welcoming property into the conservatory which is a lovely place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery. The galley kitchen is just off the conservatory which has a breakfast bar, and everything required to cook up a delicious meal. The utility room and the ground floor shower room is just off the kitchen area. The lounge/dining room has a comfortable large leather corner suite, a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner with plenty of logs provided in the lounge area.
