Here you can enjoy woodland walks, bird watching, trout fishing in a large lake near the farmhouse and pony rides for the children can be arranged. A wonderful place to experience nature at its best, there is a large lake behind the farmhouse where you can often see brown trout. This attracts our local heron, who you can spot in the early hours of a misty morning. You may be lucky and see the arrival of a family of Mute Swans. Wild ducks, moorhens and geese also frequent the lake and if you explore further you may find frogspawn and tadpoles in spring, and an abundance of insect life as well as beautiful wildflowers in our meadow. There is a flock of sheep and, at certain times of the year, you can take an active part in feeding and herding the sheep. Visit the nearest beaches of Llansteffan (15.6 miles) and Llangrannog (21.5 miles). Approached by some stone steps all on one level taking you through the front door into the hallway. There is a living/dining area with comfortable seating around the wood burner where you can look forward to relaxing and watching your favourite film on the Smart TV. Head up two steps into the kitchen area which is well equipped taking in many of the original features to enjoy. Along the corridor leads you to one double and a twin bedroom. To complete the accommodation is the family shower room. Heading outside, there is a large lawned garden where you can sit on an evening watching the sun go down. There is a shared area with a swing and slide to amuse the children and there is also a play barn with a wealth of games and activities for children including a full size pool table.
