Perched on the edge of Lake Colby, this charming two-bedroom beach home is just as pleasant inside as it is out, with an open-flow design, a cosy lounge with shuffleboard bowling, and classic Southern balconies for evenings alfresco. Outside, you have all the amenities of the resort to discover, including pools, a fitness centre, and even traditional lawn games. If you’re a beach bum at heart, you’ll feel right at home here. Beyond the resort, the rest of Port Aransas has plenty to explore, from the town centre for an easy meal out to Mustang Island State Park for days spent on the dunes.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, three guests will sleep in the first-floor lounge, two on bunk beds, one on the sofa bed.
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper products and toiletries, but you may want to bring your own to top these up during your stay.
*Construction may take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday, with the occasional Sunday. Some noise is possible during these hours.
*There’s free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
*You'll have access to the resort's on-site amenities here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*Children under two years old do not count towards the maximum occupancy. Day visitors are welcome but may not exceed twice the home’s sleeping capacity and must depart by 10:00pm.
