*Parking in New York City can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. 72nd Street Station is a short walk away, where you can catch lines 1, 2, and 3.
*There are a couple of steps up to the home's entrance and a lift in the building.
*The kitchen here is very small and lacks counter space, so we think it's better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The gym and pet wash area are shared with other residents of the building.
