Timberlake is a comfortable, no-fuss home in a convenient location, though it's not the most inspiring in terms of design. The Upper West Side is a pleasant, friendly environment with access to two great parks and lots of restaurants. We really liked the home’s positioning on the corner of the building, meaning it gets lots of natural light. You can also enjoy the building’s lounge, roof terrace and gym facilities.

* The home is on the fourth floor, meaning the views are of other buildings
* The laundry room is located on the third floor of the building
* The kitchen and bathroom have some signs of wear and tear
* We would suggest looking elsewhere if you are after a lively and bustling location, as the home is in a very residential and family oriented part of town
