With a screened-in porch made for slow mornings, a kid-friendly loft, and a coastal setting that’s hard to resist, this home covers all the bases – and then some. Every element has been designed with families in mind. A large living space invites everyone to sprawl out and get comfortable, while the terrace has picnic tables that are perfect for barbecues. As part of a resort community, you'll also have access to communal swimming pools, sports courts, and a beach club. Five bikes are provided, too – handy for getting around the neighbourhood.

*We'd suggest a maximum guest count of eight adults and four children.
*The fifth bedroom has two bunk beds, plus a daybed-style single. They're on the smaller side and only suitable for young children. This room also connects to a loft space with two single beds.
*Included with your stay are twelve wristbands, which give you access to the neighbourhood's pools, amenities, and beach club. These areas are shared with other guests.
*Parking is available for two cars. Your host also provides five beach cruiser bicycles so you can get around the resort without a car. A complimentary trolley service is also available.
*You'll need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
*The lead guest must be at least 26 years old.
