Set in Florida’s Lake District, this home is built for easy indoor–outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors let in plenty of light, while pale oak floors and coastal finishes keep things simple and calm. Outside, there’s a private pool, spa, summer kitchen, and screened porch, plus a tower lounge with wraparound lake views — the spot we'd pick for sunset drinks. The resort offers bike trails, tennis courts, kids’ pools, and casual dining, while 30A’s beaches are a short drive away. Practical and stylish, it’s a home that works as well for relaxing as it does for entertaining.

*The main guest must be aged 26 or over.
*This home can sleep an additional two children under the age of 4, bringing the total number of guests up to sixteen.
*There is private parking for up to three cars on the driveway. Otherwise, one parking pass per booking is issued for shared parking areas.
*Guests can enjoy the use of a free on-demand shuttle service in the resort, daily from 9am to 7pm. This can be ordered via the resort app.
*The elevator is only available on request for guests with limited mobility.
