Set on a leafy corner lot, this four-bedroom home (plus private carriage house) balances style with an easy, family-friendly feel. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces flow naturally for group dinners and slow breakfasts, while thoughtful extras – a wet bar, Sonos system, and a golf cart for getting around – make everything feel seamless. The real heart of the home is the screened-in porch, complete with an outdoor kitchen and TV, built for long, balmy evenings. With a separate king suite in the carriage house and cruiser bikes ready for sunset rides, it’s a relaxed, well-considered base just steps from Camp WaterColor and within easy distance to the beach.

*Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. The garage is reserved for the golf cart/LSV only.

*A maximum of 8 amenity wristbands is provided. Extras are not available. Wristbands grant access to Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club pools.

*A starter supply of household essentials is included; guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay.

*Beach and pool towels are not provided – please bring your own. Bath towels may not be removed from the home.
