Holiday Rental Description

What this suite-style apartment lacks in size, it makes up for in location. Part of a high-end hotel, it's located just five minutes on foot from Miami Beach. You won't even need to leave the building to have some fun, thanks to the on-site space, state-of-the-art gym, and seven shared swimming pools. We love the private balcony, and though it's a studio, the sofa bed feels separate from the bedroom area. Keep in mind that there isn't a proper kitchen here – but with a variety of on-site restaurants to choose from, we don't think you'll mind.

*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space.
*There's no proper kitchen here – just a microwave and fridge – so this home may not be the best option for everyone. That said, you'll find on-site restaurants in the building and other eateries nearby.
*There also isn't a washing machine here, so it's slightly inconvenient for longer visits.
*You'll have access to the on-site gym and swimming pools here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*Your host can provide a free toddler bed upon request.
