This splendid holiday home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fort Lauderdale. It’s close to the beach and just a two-minute walk from restaurants and boutiques, making it a convenient base from which to explore. If you’re like us, you’ll spend most of your time outside, soaking up the Floridian sun in the garden. There’s a private heated swimming pool with a lounge pool – the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail. Inside, you’ll have lots of room to spend time together, whether you’re cooking in the chef’s kitchen or playing card games in the den.

*There’s free parking in the driveway for up to three vehicles.
*Your host provides four beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart.
*Your host also provides a welcome kit with some coffee pods, trash bags, and other household essentials.
*Your host kindly asks you to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum.
*The lounge pool attached to the main pool is not a hot tub – the temperature stays the same as the pool.
*The minimum renter age is 25, unless approved by the host prior to booking.
