Wake to a coffee with views over the water before spending your days by the pool. Then, stroll into town to discover a vibrant community brimming with beachfront bars and restaurants. No matter how you plan to spend your time at this sprawling homestay, it's bound to be more than memorable.

Home truths:
*Pets are permitted only with prior host approval. A pet addendum must be completed.
*Your host can provide a cot, travel crib, and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*DJs and/or bands are not allowed to play on the property. There are four exterior security cameras and noise level monitoring devices to track excessive noise levels.
*Pool maintenance comes every Monday and Thursday, generally before noon. Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels when using the pool after 10pm.
*The property consists of a main house and a guest house (featuring one double murphy bed and a single).
*No street parking is allowed. There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
*You'll have shared access to a private beach here.
*Guests are asked not to set the air conditioning unit below seventy degrees faranehit as this can result in damage to the unit, and to keep the property in good order during their stay.
