Perched right on the canal, this waterfront home is just a stone's throw from the best of Fort Lauderdale. Whether you're sprawled out on Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach (3 miles away), wining and dining at the nearby eateries, or enjoying a lazy afternoon on the terrace, this home offers something for everyone. The swimming pool is sure to be a hit, and there's a private dock if you're in the mood to cruise down the canal. Inside, the living space boasts a sofa bed for two guests, a pool table, and a cosy atmosphere. Having only two bathrooms isn't ideal, but that aside, this is a comfortable option for fun in the Fort Lauderdale sun.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a double sofa bed in the living area.
*There are only two bathrooms here (one of which is en-suite), shared between ten people. With this in mind, we think a smaller group may feel more comfortable.
*Although your host provides a set of linens and towels, please note that washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.
*Parking is available in the garage for up to four cars.
*A groundskeeper may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other exterior upkeep during your stay.
