This Mediterranean-style Fort Lauderdale home is the perfect spot to enjoy Florida's endless sunshine. Set on the waterfront with an expansive deck, heated swimming pool and hot tub, it has all the essentials for breezy outdoor living. The interior design is just as welcoming, however, with a double-height open-plan living area and floor-to-ceiling windows to bring the outside in. In terms of location, you have direct access to the water from the private dock – ideal for fishing or boating – and it's just a quick drive to the nearest beach. To make things easy, your host provides some welcome beach gear including chairs, a cooler, and a cart.

*The private dock is not fenced here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
