Wake up to calming waterfront views of the Mayan Lake, before heading out for a dip in the shared heated pool or a lazy afternoon on the dock. By evening, enjoy meals at the dinner table in front of the sunset, or watch it up close from the shared garden. The beach is just a five-minute stroll or a quick golf cart ride away. You might want a car to reach shops, restaurants, and the best of Fort Lauderdale. But with this setting, it's totally worth it.

*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and have their identity verified.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
*The maximum occupancy is six adults and four children aged under 13 years old. As well as the three bedrooms, there's a sofa bed in the living room.
*You'll have access to the on-site heated pool, lounge areas, grill area, al fresco dining and dock access here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*Bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards are available for guests to use.
*All bookings over Christmas and New Year's require a minimum stay of seven nights, covering either 20th to 27th December or 27th December to 3rd January, plus or minus one day. Please contact the host before booking.
