This home can be found in a quiet neighbourhood on the Nurmi Isles, and boasts waterway views. From here, you can stroll to Las Olas Beach and also meander Downtown – it’s a convenient base for sure. It’s an elegant home with a gorgeous outside area. We love the heated pool with a swim-up bar, in addition to the loungers and shaded terrace for alfresco dining. There’s even a private dock, ideal for boating or fishing. Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather together in the open-concept living space. We love the double-faced fireplace and the high ceilings, not to mention the incredible bathtub in the main bedroom’s en-suite.

*There’s only space around the dining table for eight guests.
*Your host can provide four beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart.
*The minimum booking age for this home is 25 unless approved by your host.
*There’s a private dock at this home. Your host’s boat is parked at the dock, and they can access it via a side entrance – their boat is strictly off-limits to guests. Young children should be supervised on the dock and around the pool.
*There’s a security camera at the front of the home, and a sound-level monitoring system.
*Your host kindly asks you to respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
