With front-row seats to the slopes in Breckenridge, this three-bedroom home is perfectly suited to serious skiers as well as those who prefer to lean into the après-ski. At the base of Peak 8, you have both town and mountain at your doorstep, with gondola access into Breckenridge and direct access to the slopes. Inside, everything feels modern and ready to drop your bags, and the resort offers plenty of indoor entertainment too – from a spa and games room to a sauna and theatre room.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*An AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended between 1st November and 31st May due to seasonal conditions.
*Your host can provide a parking permit for one vehicle in the heated parking garage. A complimentary shuttle is also available.
*You’ll have access to the on-site amenities, including a games room, fitness area, and bowling alley. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and detergents, but you may want to bring your own to top these up during your stay.
