Luxurious and comfortable, this Breckenridge home is an excellent base for a family ski trip. A shuttle runs right by the house, whisking you into town to dine out or to the slopes – Peak 9 is 2.3 miles away. When you’re not out on the mountain, you’ll find this a relaxing home-from-home. Spend your downtime admiring views of Baldy Mountain from the hot tub on one of two patios, or from the fireside in the high-ceilinged great room. You’ll have everything you need here, from a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances to the practical mud room.

*There’s a two-car garage and spaces for two cars outside. Your host recommends 4WDs from November 1st to May 31st.
*A private shuttle is available from November to April.
*The minimum booking age is 30.
*Bedroom four is equipped with double-over-double bunk beds. Bedroom six is equipped with two queen-size beds and two single-over-single bunk beds.
*There’s a sofa bed in the family room.
*A lift goes from the lower level to the main level only. The upper level is only accessible by stairs, so this may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*There may be a security camera at the entrance of this home.
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and detergents.
